Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During new releases, restocks, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 1-2 weeks

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been shipped, not on the date the order was placed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping method, and destination. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at kountryus@gmail.com

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, or other disruptions.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us at kountryus@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or other delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply to have the package sent again.
